Pancake House raises $4M for Teriyaki acquisition

"PANCAKE House Inc said it raised four million dollars by issuing five-year convertible notes, which it used to finance the acquisition of a 70-percent equity interest in restaurant chain Teriyaki Boy..."
Ok first off, Pancake House is the local version of the IHOP. It's been around since 1974 and was recently acquired by the Lorenzos.

I haven't been to a Teriyaki Boy so I guess it's a Japanese Fast Food Restaurant.

Last week, Jollibee bought Red Ribbon. This week, Pancake House bought Teiyaki Boy. I wonder what's next?
