Here's an idea, why not let the President face the public every sixty days and everyone gets to vote if he or she get's to stay on for another sixty days. People can just text or phone in their votes. Proceeds from it goes directly to the government coffers. That's sure to generate more revenue for the government than that eVAT thing.
