I don't know who she is but like the article says, the franchise seems to be in it's death throes now. James Bond was cool before because of the ultra slick gadgets but in these days of camera phones, iPods, and multi purpose pogo sticks, the franchise has lost it's allure.
Maybe they should have taken up Quentin Tarantino's offer...
