ISTANBUL -- Mehmet Ali Agca, the man who shot Pope John Paul II in 1981, was arrested in Istanbul on Friday after Turkey's highest appeals court ruled he should return to jail, city governor Muammer Guler said.
...The Court of Cassation ruled Friday that Agca should go back to jail, overturning the decision of a lower court, media reports said in Ankara.
Isn't there such a thing as double jeopardy in Istanbul. Oh wait, that just means you can't be tried again for something you've been proven innocent for.
So what does this go under? Or is this a legal thing to do?
