Vigan celebrates native sausage fest

"VIGAN CITY, Ilocos Sur, Philippines -- Vigan’s "Longganiza" (native sausage) Festival held on Saturday drew thousands more revelers compared to last year’s staging of the festival, the city government said...."

If you're wondering how good they are, mozy on to Dulcinea (There's a branch in Greenbelt, Makati. I know there's also one in Tomas Morato, Quezon City but not sure where it is). They serve Vigan Longganiza. Oh and here's a tip. Order the Chorizo Arroz. It's not on the menu but dang, that is one hot dish. Don't forget to order an egg on the side.

It's basically rice fried with the oil of the chorizo. And it's mixed in with vigan longganiza. Really really good.
