Selling Songs in Leyte," by Eli Africa won Best Foreigh Short Documentary at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. Selling Songs in Leyte is a documentary on the dried fish vendors of Leyte who sell their wares by the rhythm of the songs they sing.
