I think eBay Philippines might have a problem with this. Most of the entries in the ebay.ph site are in violation of this policy. Although the eBay site seems to lack a more thorough tutorial or introduction to the process. I mean, it doesn't even have anything to say about mode of payment or any ebay fees.
