Broadcast journalists' work critiqued - INQ7.net

"...some local TV people's lack of training and technical knowledge was too obvious to be ignored. To cover up, they focused on individual stories, and were thus unable to give viewers the big picture..."

Two things.

One. Saying that only some tv newspersons lack training and technical knowledge is a stretch. I would say that MOST of them are.

Two. Calling our local newspersons Broadcast JOURNALISTS is a misnomer. They're more talking heads and empty headed. Well, MOST of them are.

Three....

Wait. I mean Three, three things....

Three. Heck. Let's not call them newspeople. They're a brand new category alltogether. A cross between the tsismis tabloid reporter and the circus barker. No offense to tabloid reporters and circus barkers.

Four...

Ummmm... never mind.
