Now Blogger users can upload pictures using HELLO. I used Hello for the previous post and it was as easy as picking a picture, adding the caption and pressing a button. Real easy.

If it's a picture in the web, the easiest way (meaning, free) is to download the picture to a local folder then using that file to upload to your blog.

Oh, did I mention that this is a free service by Blogger.
