Would you believe it? Former anti-carnap czar's vehicle stolen

"CAR thieves are definitely getting bolder. Their latest victim is a former anti-carnap czar.

Supt. Rudy Jaraza, chief of the QC Anti-Carnapping Unit, identified the victim as Supt. Ceasar Tannagan, former AnCar [Anti-Carnap] chief.
...The thieves also carted off Tannagan's .45-cal. pistol,ATMand credit cards as well as his driver's license..."
Only in the Philippines. Really.

But... what is his wallet (I assume that where his cards and license are) doing in his car if he's out having lunch? Nothing wrong with that, but it does still make me wonder...
