The latest victim was the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority- Treasury Department. Unidentified men broke into the SBMA building and carted away P 1.8 million in cash and checks over the weekend.... the loot was supposedto be deposited in a bank last Monday..."
Oh and lastly, was there a spate of government officials vacationing at Subic at the time?
