I mean, he is a CUSTOMS EXAMINER. So he would know the rules and regulations about possesing firearms. What's his excuse? He thought that since he can do it here in the Philippines, he can do it anywhere?
I am going to totally freak if our government starts supporting this stupid stupid man.
