This is probably inspired by Quentin Tarantino's Pulp Fiction. In it, there was a reference to Fox Force Five. A secret group of females that fought crime and each of the five girls had a specialization.
Of course, even in Fox Force Five, the French girl's specialty was sex.
Checking out the other members of D.E.B.S., Amy looks... ummm.... are you sure this is a PG-13 movie?
