My youngest daughter approached me while I was watching TV.
"How long is that show?", she asked.
"Around an hour, I think. ", I answered.
"I don't think so. That show is very very long! Since yesterday!", she said with conviction.
"Ummm... no. Yesterday, it was a different show." I said.
"But.. but.. it's the same show and it never changes!"
"Gabbi", I said as I looked at her, "This is a twenty four hour news channel. Anytime of the day, it's always the news".
"Who would want to watch news all day?" She asked me.
"Me". I answered.
Gabbi looked at me really concerned and said, "Papa, you should go out of the room more often".
I think the proper response that's running around her head was "Get a life".
