The new chief is very corrupt

"A former Central Luzon politician was recently appointed to a government transport agency. No sooner has he warmed his seat than he started demanding 20 percent 'commissions' from private firms dealing with his agency...The chief of one of the security agencies protested to this ex-politician and they had a big argument. The security agency chief said he would report the ex-politician to the President. The transport chief told him to go ahead....the ex-politician has been dropping the name of the President at every turn..."

Ahhhh... the administration of GMA. Commissions, corruption and *dare I say it?* consent. Don't you just love it? Anyone who'd want 6 more years of this is one tough puppy.
