Fears over baby food jar cancer

Hmmm... I bet this bit of news won't even get picked up here given all the PR machinery of the big companies. Or worse, if it does get banned over in Europe, we'll be getting the stocks here.
We are a society that is based on fear. That's how I understood Michael Moore's message in 'Bowling for Columbine'. And this one bit of news really hits home.
Anyway, the risk according to the authorities is very small. But who'd take that chance? Would you?
