Earthquake off Philippine coast

"An earthquake measuring 5.6 on the Richter scale occurred in waters off the Philippines Monday, the Hong Kong Observatory said.
...The Philippines is in the Pacific "Ring of Fire," where earthquakes and volcanic activity are common..."

At least nothing bad came out of this.
