10 things you shouldn't buy new

"...Obviously, some things are best purchased new; lingerie pops to mind. But lots of other stuff depreciates quickly while still having plenty of useable life left. Here are 10 items where the cost vs. use equation strongly tilts toward buying used..."
I briefly worked in a company that specialized in selling used/refurbished/surplus goods. I remember they were selling a refrigerator from a medical facility that once had a bio-hazard sticker (it stank like hell when it was brought out the container van) on it. They peeled it (the sticker) off, cleaned it (the ref) and passed it as a ref for home use. I wonder if they still do that kind of stuff over there?
